If you have been sent a new SIM card, you’ll need to activate it, which is easy, you can either call the plan.com Customer Services Team on 03300 88 18 18 or by visiting my.plan and follow these steps…
Once logged in: CONTROLS > DEVICE > SIM SWAP > [select user] > EDIT > INSERT NEW SIM NUMBER > APPLY NOW
Next you need to update your device settings to ensure everything works as you’d expect. That includes access to data functions such as 4G & Wi-Fi Calling, MMS, personal hotspots, and roaming data, click below to get started.

If your operating system is not listed, you can update your settings manually as follows:
- Go to your Settings
- Locate your Access Point Names (sometimes called Mobile Data Network or APN)
Edit the existing settings with the following details:
APN data.plan.com Username PLAN PASSWORD (Leave this field empty)
